WOW..I just watched a bloody brawl on the Ultimate Fighter from last night. I like Rampage over Rashad any day but his guy lost pretty bad. Poor dude had to get staples in his head!
I know most girls aren't into the whole MMA thing but if you are a girl and reading my blog take from me it's fun. It took me a little while to get over the whole "human cock fighting crap" but really it is a fun sport to watch and it does take talent, skill, and determination to do it. Kiddos to these men and women who do this for a living. My husband loves MMA and we have two daughters that have/are going to a MMA gym for BJJ. My oldest is training there now and she is about to earn her yellow belt. I also started training there in the kickboxing class and it kicks my ass most of the time but I love it. Punching and kicking bags, hard core training is fun to do. I only hope my back holds up!!

I watched that too and it was so bloody and gross!! but FUN! my brother actually has a friend that is on this seasons UF. He played college ball with him and when he called my brother to tell him he was like yeah right. So now I want to see he whoops Kimbo A&$ cause im not really digging him. well I am not sure if the public can see it yet...try again in a couple of days. Yeah I hope Kimbo gets beat too so al lthat talk can be done with! Roy was so funny last weekend, Candace came over with her daughter and Roy told Catherine she couldn't play with some toy because it was Jaxon's and you were going to come get it. lol...I told him it was fine for her to play with it. It's funny though he brings you up at the weirdest times. I'm sure he misses yall too.
