Kids and some MMA

Looks like I have some adds finally set-up on my blog....Now just to get Bruce's set up with them too!

This week has gone by pretty fast already.  I didn't go to work yesterday because I took little Gillian to the doctor for all her stomach problems.  We ended up being there WAY to long and I had to take her to Quest for some testing.  When we got to Quest she freaked out.  She did NOT want her blood taken...After about 30 mins of talking to and me finally getting pissed she did it but she did not like it at all!  So we went to eat a late lunch and went home and took naps.  Funny though I woke up tired today still...go figure.

In other worlds...What is this I hear about Rampage Jackson quitting MMA!!  It must not be true....I know he is going to play Mr. T in the A Team coming up but no more fighting!  NAHHHH  surely not.  He is a great fighter and I hope if it is true that he reconsiders.  My husband seems to think Dana White has something to do with his exit from UFC.  IF it is true.....

It's Friday!

Well another end to another frantic week.... 
This weekend should be hopefully somewhat mellow.  Lauren goes to a church event tonight then goes to her dad's tomorrow for the rest of the weekend.  Gillian and Roy and I are just going to hang out around town.  I hope to get some work done in the back yard this weekend.  I am hoping Granny can keep Roy entertained while I do that.  I would really like to get some more things accomplished on this "list" we got from our new realtor but I know this will be hard to do with Bruce gone....
I sure will miss him this weekend and so will the kids...I am going to try and see the fights on you tube saturday night before they get taken off their site.  It's a crappy way to see them but it's free!

Ultimate Fighter!!! WHOOP

WOW..I just watched a bloody brawl on the Ultimate Fighter from last night. I like Rampage over Rashad any day but his guy lost pretty bad. Poor dude had to get staples in his head!

I know most girls aren't into the whole MMA thing but if you are a girl and reading my blog take from me it's fun. It took me a little while to get over the whole "human cock fighting crap" but really it is a fun sport to watch and it does take talent, skill, and determination to do it. Kiddos to these men and women who do this for a living. My husband loves MMA and we have two daughters that have/are going to a MMA gym for BJJ. My oldest is training there now and she is about to earn her yellow belt. I also started training there in the kickboxing class and it kicks my ass most of the time but I love it. Punching and kicking bags, hard core training is fun to do. I only hope my back holds up!!

Today!

WOW I am back...maybe? But for how long you ask? Only time will tell. I have not blogged in a long time. I would really like to make it a weekly thing personally.
Our family life lately has been one thing after another. Not in the bad sense but in the sense that we are extremely busy. With school starting back it has been crazy. Gillian and I both workout at a MMA gym down the road from us so that takes time.
We are about to put our little house back on the market. Hopefully this time it will sell! We have made several changes and are going to do more before we put it on.
I will be a single parent this weekend. My husband Bruce will be with the boys in Dallas for the UFC fights. I wish I could have gone but this was a "boys" thing. Maybe next time....
So that leaves me with the kiddos which is cool.
